Robert J. Soper relocated to Uncasville, Connecticut to serve as President and CEO of the Mohegan Sun in 2012—after more than seven years of success as President and CEO of the Mohegan Sun at Pocono. As leader of the Uncasville resort, Soper oversaw the generation of more than $1.3 billion in annual revenue, as well as the management of a resort comprised of 36 restaurants, a 1,200-room tower, 5,500 gaming positions and a 10,000-seat arena.

Robert J. Soper is an experienced gaming and hospitality professional who has unique skills and experience from his many positions in the industry. For example, he previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mohegan parent company, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority.
